About: Russells Hall Hospital / Ear, Nose and Throat

Attended ENT today as per referral from my doctor.I was terrified and very nervous.I was seen within 10 minutes of my appointment time and the consultant was very polite,listened to me and very reassuring. Doctor explained everything he was going to do and talked me through the procedure of the tube up my nose and down my throat which I was dreading.My thanks to you as you have restored my faith in doctors..Russells Hall you should be proud of your ENT department.
