"Rude Receptionist"

I have been comming to this surgery since I was a little girl I am now 28. One GP is a fantastic Doctor always kind and pleasant cant fault him. His team on the reception some of them are rude. I have let it slide and ignore the rude receptionists (not all of them are like that) over the years. Today was just unacceptable. I went into the surgery to hand in my repeat prescription for my sertraline tablets. I greeted the receptionist politley. She ignored me and had a miserable look on her face and just said “ok”with a bad attitude ,refusing to sink to her level thanked her and left. I work with people i know how difficult they can be but theres no need for this coldness and bad attittude towards me or other patients for that matter.
