"Neurosurgery Day Ward"

From my first appointment with the surgeon in outpatients, all the staff I encountered were professional and approachable. The aappolintment was not rushed and all my questions were are answered honestly with the pro and cons fully explained. On the day of my admission the nursing team introduced themselves, and explained how the day would proceed. I then met the anaesthetist and the surgeon who explained the risks of the procedure and the intended benefits. All the theatre staff were welcoming,informative

and approachable. Back on the ward special thanks to one member of staff for her professional and caring attitude. Her sense of humour and smile was a welcome tonic. All subsequent appointments have all been on time and conducted with the same standard of professionalism. My surgeon has seen me at every appointment and and answered all the questions I had in a relaxed and honest manner. The procedure I had is done is performed in two procedures. The second admission I was seen by the same nursing and surgical and team and the same high standard was evident. The member of staff was present again with her welcoming smile and wonderful sense of humour whilst conducting herself in a professional and caring way. Thank you all.
