What I liked
the receptionist was amazing... they were kind helpful and understanding
What could be improved
patient care and dignity
Anything else?
patient care was extremely poor, i was left in a room alone for 15minutes with no reading material feeling scared and alone as they would not allow anyone to come with me, I was told i had options which i was not given. I feel violated as the consultation doctor was very harsh, not understanding in the slightest. they booked me a futher appointment due to the fact that i could take no more... i will be cancelling this, i left the hospital in tears!
I was also informed by one of the staff that the consultation doctor was new to the hospital and when it came to my treatment i had two male doctors at my lower end while my legs were in stirrups, i felt extremely uncomfortable. rooms were also very unwelcoming
"my experience was degrading and one that i never..."
