"Brilliant staff and lovely nurse"

I received my letter for my first cervical screening as I am nearly 25.

My appointment was made and on the day I felt a bit churned up and anxious, I got to the surgery and was not sure what to expect.

A nurse called my name in with a big smile, and took me into her office. She was so friendly and so helpful, she knew it was my first screening and took me through the process asked me a few questions and put me at ease beforehand. She was fab and made a not so fun situation into a relaxed and friendly visit to the Doctors. We even chatted after and I felt she genuinely cared and she was dedicated to providing top notch healthcare, I don't know her name but I have even called the surgery to make sure a message Is passed onto her to thank her.

Every women should go to these appointments, it lasts barely a minute and it is so important!
