I had my first visit to Stroud Hospital today as I normally go to GRH. First of all I was impressed by the free parking.

The staff in Outpatients reception were very welcoming & helpful. I was very nervous as this was a Gynae appointment but I needn’t have been. The staff nurse who game to get me put me at my ease. The Consultant was lovely & did not make me feel uncomfortable and was very down to earth. I was never made to feel I was stupid for being so nervous. The healthcare assistant was lovely too.

I went in nervous & tearful as I did not know what to expect but came away feeling reassured I was being looked after. Thank you.
