About: Bromley Healthcare / Falls and fracture prevention service

(as the patient),

My husband and I visited Bromley Healthcare Falls and Fracture Prevention Service in Biggin Hill this week as I had been referred there by the Crystal Palace Physio Group.

I have Axonal Neuropathy which has a significant affect on my mobility and balance and, over the years, I have had a number of falls from which I have always needed help to stand up or sit down.

I was seen at the clinic by a lady named Carol who was very thorough and explained everything clearly.  She was very easy to talk to and put me at my ease.
