Whilst in the waiting a patient collapsed and banged his head I can't believe how amazing the staff were to him and so quickly gathered around him and put screens around him they were so good!
I also had my ears done and straight away they knew the problem and sorted it. which I've been telling my gp surgery for ages. We appreciate nhs staff so much.
