"Disappointing treatment for my 4 year old..."

About: University Of Bristol Dental Hospital

We were referred to the dental hospital in early 2017. We had 3 appointments for my 4 year old daughter to have a few caps on her teeth. All went ok we were seen by students which wasn't a problem although they weren't as good as we would have liked in dealing with my daughter who at 4 was nervous of what was going on. We had 2 caps fitted, then it was the summer holidays for the dental students.

Since then my daughter has turned 5 and it has taken a year to get another appointment (She will be 6 by the time we go again) to finish the treatment as it would seem we were forgotten about as the students were on summer holidays. No problem with holidays but why was the treatment just forgotten about by the dental hospital!

Very disappointed.
