About: Crosshouse Hospital / Ophthalmology

(as a parent/guardian),

 In a hidden corner of Crosshouse Hospital lives an amazing little known team of healthcare scientists! They do the most amazing of jobs! The BIGGEST of grateful thanks to Pauline and her team for the prosthetic corneal shell they provided for my daughter.  

We are privileged to receive such a high standard of care for what could be considered cosmetics. Hours and hours of precision and perfectionism to produce something that has massively boosted her confidence. It’s just brilliant!  

Can’t say thank you enough!

Well, what praise indeed, thank you. I will ensure this reaches the amazing little team in the "hidden corner of Crosshouse Hospital". I am sure the staff in one of the 'less well known' services will be delighted with such lovely words. I suspect that the smaller teams may sometimes feel overlooked but your post has helped to put them in a lovely spotlight. Thank you for taking time to share this with us,
