I was admitted to Pilgrim Hospital in February 2018 via A & E . The staff were exceptionally friendly and patient . I had an operation on both knees . The anaesthetists were all amazingly patient with me . The phlebotomy team were fantastic with me (needle phobia). All the nurses (even the bank staff) were happy bubbly and very upbeat . I was on Bostonian ward .....a big shout out . Incredible . Especially one member of staff, great fun and happy .
As an out patient I've experienced nothing but kindness and helpfulness from all staff . Phototherapy staff super nice .
Consultant Radiologist very kind , patient and what a true gentleman .
Pilgrim Hospital has been given a lot of bad press , so I think positivity should be given where due .
Thank you x
