What I liked
I would like to say how impressed I was by the treatment I received in the Eye department from Friday the 6th August and every day the following week and again on Monday the 15th August. What could have been quite traumatic was dealt with by exceptional service from every member of the staff. The various tests I had were all done so very quickly this included MRI/CT/ENT/a visit to the Medical Asseessment Unit all of which were carried out with very efficient and informative staff.
I would like to say a big 'thankyou' to all concerned as so many times you must only get 'complaints'.
What could be improved
The price of car parking fees!
