After waiting 3 weeks for my disabled son to see a doctor we carved at 8.30 only to be told the appointment had been canceled because of a power shortage.why didn't they have the decency to phone us?God knows its hard enough to get there in the first place as both of us are disabled and had to use taxis there and back so no appointment, £8 in wasted taxi fares then had to sit listening to the receptionist's laughing it it for halve an hour until our taxi finally came.still don't have another appointment for my son so he will be in agony until they can be botherd to contact us.over 20 years we've been with them and they've really gone down hill in that time.disgusted with them all.

I am sorry that you were so inconvenienced by the power outage.

Unfortunately, the power loss also took our telephone system off line and the backup batteries had expired.

I do know that we tried to accommodate all patients that were affected that day either by rearranging appointments or visiting at home and I hope that this was the cast for you.
