"Always helpful, very efficient"

I attend the clinic for Warfarin tests, blood tests (diabetes) and recently had a series of visits to have a leg wound dressed. The staff always seem cheerful and helpful, well-informed and efficient. (But I am appalled at the number of patients who don't keep their appointments.)
