"Poor reception for NHS treatment"

Both my wife and I have had an operation at Spire Gatwick Park and are satisfied with the staff in general but we are very disappointed in the reception staff. Every time we go there it appears as if it is our first visit and all of the staff are very slow at using the computer system and we are kept waiting especially once they find out we are NHS patients. Also don’t be deceived into thinking NHS patients get the same treatment plan they do not!
