"Stay on ward 7 and cu April 2018"

About: Macclesfield District General Hospital / Cardiology

I recently attended the cardiology dept for ECG and treadmill ECG and was immediately admitted to ward 7 having a heart attack confirmed.

My heart attack was significant but survived it probably due to preventative medication given 10/15 years ago by a current member of the consultants team.

Within 6 days of admittance I have been diagnosed treated and cared for in the NHS.

The quality of the total treatment and care plan was 5 star..teamwork from ward orderly to sister was first class and I include the rehabilitation team 're benefit of a settled team approach with ownership was evident throughout.

Thank You MDGH and the BHS for all the support my family have received over 65 years.
