"Nice paramedics"

About: William Harvey Hospital (Ashford) / Accident and emergency

We had called 111 for information about a suspected torn ligament or muscle in my grandmothers leg and they had weirdly sent an ambulance for her and she said she didn't want to go to the A&E if it wasn't urgent and we had paramedics who were both incredibly nice people we all had a very nice chat because they were on C4's all day so they did have that opportunity and they were so nice and there was not a Paramedic option on here so the A&E option on here was the only solution and they were so nice we decided to make them a drink and we talked further about my grandmothers leg and all sorts of medical stuff

Thank you very much for your feedback. I can confirm that ambulance services are provided by South East Coast Ambulance Service (SECAmb) and we have therefore passed your kind words to SECAmb so that they can share this with their staff. We are sure they will be glad to receive your thanks as well as the drink you made for them when they attended your grandmother.

Kind regards
