Self check in not applicable to the appointment I was attending but has worked ok in the past.
Computer system down so much chaos. Situation handled very efficiently, with pen and paper!. Very impressed with the entire staff's reaction to a very trying situation. Appointment delayed by (no more than ) 15 mins.
