My husband suffered a severe brain injury and was sent to West park for what we were told was going to be "everyday living rehabilitation". This was not the case. They performed some basic OT, PT and speech testing and decided he was fine and offered very little support for the small everyday tasks he was struggling with. As he lost his hearing, license and abiliity to complete small tasks (remembering to turn of taps, stoves, get dressed or stand up without falling) the return home was going to be challenging. They told us on Thursdays night (the night before) that he'd be going home the next day. We were promised case workers, social workers, a support system to be set up before he left, referrals for ENT for the hearing would all be set up before we left and non of it was done. There were no common grounds between case manager, OT and PT as everyone gave different answeres to our questions. Very unorganize, and un-professional
