"Very positive experience so far - would recommend"

I was very pleased with my out-patient appointment here on 5th March - I felt nervous but the consultant was excellent, very polite and respectful and knowledgeable, and I am looking forward to coming to the hospital again in June for my operation. I was amazed at how quickly the appointment came through for the operation - I know sometimes operations can get cancelled for unavoidable reasons & I am being philosophical about this, but I can see that I will be in good hands. I am grateful to the consultant for coming to do the operation on a Saturday. Many thanks. So far, so good. .
