"Exceptional nursing staff"

I've been attending the eye clinic every month since late last year following a 'stroke' in my eye. I have had excellent care throughout and cannot fault them.

I do dread every visit as it normally results in an injection in my eye but the staff who do the procedure are fantastic and extremely patient with me and don't make light of my fear but help me through it.

I wanted to really highlight the exceptional nursing staff in the whole clinic. Whether it's the nurse who takes me for my sight test, the nurse who carries it out, the one who then takes me for my scan, the one who brings me round to the consultant, then to the treatment room, every single one a gem. They hardly have time to draw breath it's so busy yet they never hurry you on and always supportive. We have a long journey there and back from the Elgin area to the clinic but when there I know the staff are doing the best they can.
