"Lack of compassion on first contact with Ward 15"

About: Stoke Mandeville Hospital / General surgery

(as a service user),

Arrive at ward 15 as instructed by my letter and spoke to a lady on the desk.

She had an awful manner. She was unpleasant to encounter and not compassionate.

When you go to ward 15 you probable expecting surgery so you need to be greeted with someone who can be at least compassionate.

I am very sorry to learn that you thought the lady on the desk had an awful manner, and she was unpleasant to encounter, and not compassionate.
