About: Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust - City Campus / Endocrinology

I was put at ease by the reception staff when I arrived, after waiting a short time I was taken through to the clinic were a nurse took me through to be weighed and go through my details. I was informed how long the wait would be . I saw a Consultant who I couldn’t praise enough , he expand every thing to me and showed me on screen were my problem was and how he would deal with it. Then he explained about the 2 blood test I would have today. I was accompanied by a nurse to have my blood test.i can’t remover the names of the nurses but they were all very helpful. What I did find very nice patients who had been before were welcomed back like friends.

Thank you for this lovely feedback Ann, which we have shared with our colleagues at the Nottingham Treatment Centre (which is run by Circle), where the Endocrinology Clinic is located.

Best wishes
