"Thank you!!!"

This has been my doctors surgery since I was born. My mum and two brothers also attend this surgery, and whenever we have an appointment we always have good things to say about the experience we had.

The staff are always friendly and welcoming and never fail to make me feel comfortable.

On this particular occasion I came into the surgery and was seen by one of the doctors. She noticed I had also attended the surgery a week earlier and was still waiting for a referral letter that I should have already recieved. She said she would try and find out why I had not recieved it and would make sure it was sent again, if not I should contact her at the surgery.

I left the surgery and writhin 5 mins the doctor called me to ask if I could come back as one of the receptionist was printing me a letter for the referral.

When I arrived at the surgery the receptionist sat down with me and I was able to choose the hospital I wanted to attend and my preferred time of appointment.

I was so pleased when I left and very relieved.
