"Repeat prescription"

About: Epping Close

My mother who will be 95 years old in May

takes 5 tablets per day which she gets on a repeat prescription which were always delivered to her house and always on time until fairly recently, now she has to ring the surgery to confirm her repeat,

This is where the problems start because getting someone to answer the phone is nigh impossible, I get constant calls from my very distressed mother not knowing whether her tablets are being delivered or not.

I live in Suffolk but traveled to the surgery on the 19th April and was informed by the receptionist that all calls are now answered from a hub next door, This I will not accept as my mother or myself as stated can never get anyone to answer either there is no one there or they are not doing their job properly. No way we can phone at all times for days on end without getting through.
