(as the patient),

I would like to say that I found the person I spoke to from the appointment line the rudest person I have ever spoken too. I cannot believe how much money is taken from my wages for the NHS and then when I needed to make an appointment I feel I was treated like a child and spoken to in a discraceful manner.

I work with customers all day and would be appauled if I thought my staff spoke to people in that way. Maybe you should listen to the calls as it is suggested they are recorded and check how this person speaks to people (customers).
