"My Recent Visit to Penshurst Gardens Surgery..."

I recently attended the Surgery with a problem that needed a hospital referral,i was worried at the time and had not been to the doctors for a while.I was seen on the same day, doctor was kind caring and highly efficient.I returned a day or so later as I needed further advice and saw one of the Partners.I was amazed at the kindness,patience and total compassion that was shown to me.I left feeling totally reassured,well informed and so impressed with the service that I had received.The surgery is very well run,friendly and highly efficient,but also has the personal touch which is so rare nowadays.The staff really care.The reception staff too are kind and helpful communicate in a caring manner also.It all adds up to a caring and excellent service.
