Dear indusww47,

Coming in to hospital as an emergency must be such a stressful experience. The paramedics who support your rapid transfer are key members of the team as well as our emergency department.

The first few days you are faced with so many investigations and monitoring to ensure best possible treatment is delivered. There are many departments that support this. I am delighted to hear the tests then assisted with your treatment to improve your health and well- being.

As well as all the investigations and technical aspects it is equally important that you are looked after by caring, skilled and compassionate staff. I am glad you had a positive experience and found all the staff looked after you very well.

Thanks for taking the time to post your feedback. Staff will be delighted to read this.

Best wishes,

Christine
