I respond initially to most of the posts and ensure they are passed to the appropriate team whether they are compliments, observations or grumbles. It is important to make sure all issues are addressed and I try to encourage that to happen for all the posts as required.

Dear waterbx65,

Thank you so much for taking time to share this on Care Opinion, it is delightful to hear. I will pass this to the teams you mentioned and I am sure you will make their day. As we are all so different, the food topic can be a 'hot potato' but I know the catering team will value you feedback

I hope you are well on the way to recovery,

best wishes,

Eunice

Dear waterbx65,

Thanks very much for the lovely feedback. Being admitted with possible stroke is a worrying time and it takes the skills of many people to help you get the best possible recovery. We are fortunate to be supported by excellent ambulance service, CAU as well as a wide range of departments and disciplines.

The staff will be delighted to read your feedback and I will ensure this is shared. It is great to hear you found the care by all to be 'first class'. This is absolutely what you deserve to receive.

I hope you are now recovering well.

Best wishes,

Christine
