Had my second visit to the ultrasounds department recently and I must say very well organised, reception staff very quick to book me in and got called very quickly as I was 2/3 minute late as my train broke down.
It had been arranged by the team at the William Harvey heart centre and they arranged another appointment with them on the same day. To the very softly spoken Scottish lady that did the ultrasound and all the staff at the William Harvey heart centre a thank you for a great service.
If all the NHS was to run like these services there would be very little or no complaints and its all down to the great staff.
