"The extra mile"

Having visited the renal out patients several times with my father, I'm struggling to find words to do them justice. My father is someone that decided not to have dialysis but they have continued to give him time, support and treatment. Most of all they have cared. Their teamwork is excellent from reception, the nurses, HCAs, dietitians and doctors. Our family cannot thank them enough, they really go 'the extra mile'.
