"Excellent Care from A&E"

About: Bristol Eye Hospital

My optician recommended I visit the A&E at Bristol Eye Hospital following some issues with my vision, to receive a second opinion and rule out any damage to my retina.

As this was the first time I've experienced anything of this nature, I was very anxious about the outcome. However, the staff at A&E could not have been more helpful or reassuring - the receptionist, nurses and doctor were all so professional, efficient, and caring, and made what was already a stressful and worrying experience much easier.

I had expected a long wait to be seen by a doctor but feel like this was dealt with efficiently - I was given a clear idea of how long to expect, which meant I was able to plan accordingly.

I was very impressed with the treatment I received, and it was so reassuring to leave feeling well-informed about the problem with my eye with a good idea of what to look out for in the future.
