"Breach of waiting targets"

About: Derbyshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust

Referred for a condition in September 2017.

In January 2018 see the pathfinder person who concludes I need to see a psychiatrist. Two GPs knew that in September.

The pathfinder was a total waste of time, I only joined the waiting in January 2018.

Appointment in May 2018.

This is totally useless service deleivery
