"Liver Surgery"

About: Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham

I had a tumour removed from my liver, and my gallbladder removed due to the tumour also being attached to it.

Yes I had my operation date pushed back several times but that was due to the fact that I was not in any immediate danger (my tumour was not cancerous and I was in zero pain or discomfort).

I could not have been cared for any better than I was. All staff, nurses, doctors, surgeon etc had a wonderful approach and attitude.

The ward was wonderful, clean, private and spacious.

It's certainly made me realise even more how amazing hospital staff really are. Thank you.
