"Excellent followup care"

On Monday 9th April I had to make a followup appointment to the ED outpatients following a knee injury. The follow up was treated punctually and the Dr also took into consideration the effect my injury had had on my other knee and referred me for further investigations. However what did impress me was the way that the healthcare worker spoke to a little boy she made the whole procedure as a game with him. Any fear this child may have had was eliminated by this wonderful lady. Russell's hall all the correct buttons were pressed on that morning nothing could have been better.
