(as the patient),

I would just like to say thank you to the staff at the Colposcopy clinic at FVRH for their care and compassion towards myself. I cant remember their names, but the dr, nurse and HCA are a credit to the NHS. Although the clinic was running a little late, they remained so calm and professional and every one of them helped to settle my nerves and chatted to me throughout my procedure to help put my mind at ease. Credit where credit is due. You are all very kind and compassionate and made my experience a little less stressful, so thank you!

Thank you so much for taking the time to post such lovely praise for the Colposcopy team.

Attending hospital for any procedure can be very daunting so it is great to hear that the care and compassion by the staff helped reassure and support you during this anxious time. As you say a little bit of kindness and respect goes a long way.

We always aim to make every visit as good an experience as possible so it is reassuring to know this is happening even when the clinic is running a bit behind time!

I will make sure the team see your posting as I know it will make their day.
