I am a patient with acromegaly which is pituitary tumour in Lewisham hospital. They refered me to kings. There they discussed that I need to have brain surgery they told me all the risk from the surgery
I really scared . Within 6 months they arranged me the date. I asked my surgeon I want to have my operation during the Christmas holiday because I have got 2 children if it’s holiday it’s very helpful for me They gave me the date which is most convenient for me. During the six month they arranged me to have hormone replacement at PIU department. There is the nurses so kind they treated me very kindly . I have to thank them also. December 15 2018 I had my operation done. The surgeon and his team really cared me I am very pleased to have them. I never forget him in my life. After operation I stayed 12 days in hospital they cared me well. During the stay endocrinology doctors and all nurses very helpful for me. And I have to thank the cook also she cared me like my mum. I am very happy with all the service I received . Thank you so much. After operation they done all blood test and mri all fine. I am really happy. Thank you so much for all the staff helped me.
