"friendly staff making you feel at ease"

I had a gastroscopy, a procedure I had not experienced before.

I had arrived 20 minutes early for my appointment, but was taken after 5 minutes already to the bays, where blood pressure is taken, forms are completed and preliminary tests are done.

The atmosphere was very friendly, among the staff and towards the patients.

I felt well informed and would like to name three nurses who made me feel relaxed.

When I was taken to the treatment room the nurses there made me feel at ease.

Although a gastroscopy is not a pleasant procedure, I felt well cared for.

My praise goes to the nursing staff in the department.
