"One grateful mum to the AMAZING childrens..."

Can not praise the staff at GRH Childrens Outpatients enough! Such lovely, caring, friendly staff there. A lot of us are guilty of always being so quick to complain (holding hands up on this one) but not always as quick to give praise! You were all so lovely and so amazing with my little princess.... both times when she had to visit to have her bloods taken!! She was actually excited about coming into see you again this morning! You made what is a very anxious time for mummy and daughter, much much more bearable. Beautiful bunch of nurses there today. I praise the whole lot of you NHS staff from the Porters, Admin, Nurses, Playleaders, Midwives, Assisants to the doctors and Consultants, you all do a cracking job despite all the stress, heavy work load and at times abuse that's thrown at you. THANK YOU!! None of you get the recognition that you deserve sadly!! Oh and thank you so much for the lovely gift (kindly donated by the lovely Pied Piper Appeal) that was given to her today, as well as a lovely certificate, sticker and a chocolate egg from the lovely receptionist. Truly blown away by your kindness, professionalism and skills today. Thanks again!
