About: Royal Orthopaedic Hospital / Trauma and orthopaedics

I have now had two hip replacements and a knee replacement at this hospital and on each occasion my care and treatment has been wonderful this is an extremely well run and professional orthopaedic unit with care from porters nurses and consultant surgeons being of the highest standard.

I have complex medical conditions which add extra risk to surgery but at every step from initial consultation to actual surgery you are consulted involved and treated with care and respect and it makes me very proud to have such an amazing hospital in my home town.

All the people working in this hospital should be very proud of what they do and I believe this hospital to be a shining star in the NHS, so if you have orthopaedic problems this is the hospital to go to forget private care support our wonderful NHS! with thanks A P Beete.
