What I liked

I attended the Rheumatology outpatients dept following referral by my GP. I was welcomed into the department and orientated to to the lay out. As I was early I was offered a cup of tea or coffee! I was seen promptly by the consultant who listened to me and I felt involved in the plan of action. The only criticism I have is the "next available appt" is not until Feb 2012. Rather a long whilr to wait.

Thanks all staff for making this initial meeting into pastures new pleasant. For once I felt I did matter. See you next year!
