My operation date was 16/4/18 for my gallbladder removal from start at 07.45 in the admissions waiting room the nurse was very friendly as I suffer from anxiety quite bad which we spoke about and she put my mind at ease, to seeing my anaesthetist looking after myself during my surgery and she was very understanding and talked through step by step , before I new it I was in the recovery room and a very nice nurse looking after me which she was by my side which we spoke about day to day things which was very calming , then I moved on to Cookson devas ward where the nurse looking after me was very friendly and reassuring and let me no step by step the plan of action and what was going to happen she was very smiley and happy and had a calming and caring nature nothing was a problem even to the gentleman serving the hot drinks very friendly , my whole experience was top rated and hands off to all the staff looking after me I’m sorry I forgot most of the staffs names and thank you to consultant who preformed my operation.
