What I liked
This hospital sent home the father of my grand child (who is very poorly with something that they have yet to diagnose) leaving my daughter to worry alone overnight.
Why subject people to this additional torment when they are already worried sick.
My grand daughter has been backwards and forwards between health visitors and GP's and they could not agree about anything (didn't seem to record much properly either). In the en my daughter took baby back to hospital and she is being kept in..while they try to diagnose what is wrong.
The consultant seems conspicuous by his absence and apart from taking a lot of students in to view the baby has not had the courtesy to speak to my daughter.
Fathers ought to be allowed to stay with their sick children if we want fathers to take a responsible role then why shut them out. Young mothers nee their partners support.
What could be improved
One or two decent human beings able to communicate properly and examine the effect their dcocrines have on patients would be a vast improvement.
Not my first complaint and they learnt nothing from the last one...
Please learn from this and go somewhere else do not expose yourself to these people and their callous regimes.
Anything else?
They ought to be ashamed of themselves
"worrying..this is an appalling way to treat people"
