"Excellent in every way"

About: Stratton Community Hospital

Following a fall when I banged my head, cut my hand, bruised my knee and did other minor damage to myself, I was taken to the MIU for treatment.

I was seen very quickly, given a thorough check up, tests to access any brain damage, and my various wounds cleaned and dressed.including removal of gravel from my finger.

I was instructed to return the following day for dressings to be changed and head and cheek injury rechecked.

I returned as instructed.

Everything satisfactory.

I wish to put on record my thanks to everyone who treated me for all their kindness, sympathy and understanding. What a brilliant MIU, with wonderful staff.

Thankyou all.

Thank you for your positive feedback in relation to one of our Minor Injury Units.

We will forward this to the Matron who will cascade it to the relevant staff members.
