"Answering Machine"

About: Outpatients Centre / Orthotics Department

(as a service user),

I have tried calling the orthotics department to alter my daughters appointment 6 times and only get an answer phone which tell me the phone lines is meant to be manned at this time. I have left messages and no one has returned my call. If the appointment line is supposed to be manned from 9am till 4. 30pm Monday to Wednesday why is the answer machine on? I need to speak to a person.
