"Diagnostic Imaging"

My wife and I attended Barnet Hospital Diagnostic Imaging department Sunday 15 the April

for a 2.20pm appointment. The appointment was for my wife but we were treated as one and

the stenographer completely included us both throughout our time there.

We were both highly anxious and in a right state of fright prior but this was soon dispelled by the sheer professionalism of our technician. As said we were included in each step of the process and made to feel people as well as patients.

My only regret is we did not manage to get the technician's name to thank her publicly

but hope that by the date and time someone could pass our thanks along.
