What I liked
My son was in for a day operation in Minster ward, I have never seen such a well run UK Hospital in all my years (I am 50). The ward was immaculate, and the team there was amazing. The hygiene standard could not be any high than it was. Many thanks too all from the cleaners to the management, from the nurses to the Doctors. A recommendation letter will follow.
What could be improved
Nothing! Please dont change anything.
