"Never answer phone. Can never get appointments"

Been on the phone since 8’oclock been half n hour still nobody answering when tried to book appointment when finally answered at 8:43 said there was no appointments available and was told to ring earlier when i explained i had been on the phone since 8 they told me i had been lying! And that they have been two of them working at the receptionist desk since 8 answering calls! I just sat here wasting my time and effort to be giving grief and also not given no appointment. No respect and care for their pateints you could simply be dying and they would tell you its your fault.
