I have recently had investigations around a heart issue and was prescribed new medication by my consultant . He wrote to the surgery on Friday presumably electronically because I got a message from the pharmacist later the same day that my new medication was available to collect!
The surgery had also left a message confirming this. A superb ‘ joined up service’ . Embrace the technology it can really speed things up and make all our lives easier. Thank you also to the receptionist who was both cheerful and professional.
