"Treatment on a Saturday evening"

About: St Mary's NHS Treatment Centre (Portsmouth)

A visitor from the north of England, arriving off the IOW ferry after 6pm on a Saturday evening and urgently needing treatment.

I was very impressed by the speed and efficiency by which I was seen and treated, by the relaxed and friendly members of staff, and would like to say how very grateful I was to have had such excellent help.
